I’m screaming

My heads heavy…. Its rattling

I rush to the restroom

I switch the light on

Movement across my chest catches my eye

My heart beat is in my ear

The hissing glides over my scalp

Just before my eyes meet my reflection

The realization of what I am causes agony in my bones

I awake

Crying, terrified, and sweaty
